Trainer Profile
I’m a CPDT-KA (Certified Professional Dog Trainer). I’ve been working with dogs 6 years ago. First, as a dog walker. I walked several dogs who struggled with behavioral issues and was able to form strong bonds with them. From there I moved on to working in a Dog Daycare. Again, working with pups with varying personalities, befriending those who were seen as shy or problematic. Having a chance to work with these amazing creatures inspired me to learn how to help my canine companions live happier lives. I was fortunate enough to land a Training Apprenticeship with a Dog Trainer and Behavioral Consultant who had more than 20 years of experience. During my apprenticeship I worked mainly with behavioral cases; those struggling with anxiety, reactivity, and aggression. These dogs were the ones I wanted to help most and why I still focus much training on behavioral work. I’m also proficient in basic obedience training and puppy training. I love working with all types of dogs and being able to help dogs and their pet parents lead happier lives.
